New campaign

Can’t say much about the new line yet, but we had a good shoot Tuesday. Just wanted to toss up a couple of my favorites.

Jacquelyn

Quick test shoot tonight with jacquelyn. I have to say, for someone who hasn’t spent time in front of a camera she did a great job. We probably shot for a total of 30 minutes and I have over 25 images I like. It was great working with her. Hopefully, we’ll be doing some serious shooting in the not too distant future.

 

Maribelle does it again

We were creating some images for Motives make-up. The shots were looking pretty much the same as always until Maribelle Romero, a great designer here, came up with this floating concept. What’s fun about it is that we did it in camera, not in post production. I love it when that happens. Had to toss it up here to give Maribelle a pat on the back.

George Hurrell

One of my all time favorite photographers is George Hurrell. I really wish I could have known him, learned from him. This is just an attempt on my part to pay him tribute. I wish I had time to do more along the lines of his style.

Couldn’t sleep, so I went into my office, sat in front of the computer, and this image happened. Go figure.

Kodou

Image from a test shoot we did yesterday. Photographed Kodou a few different ways, but this was my favorite look.

Jamaal

Jamaal came on board today. Showed up looking pretty darn stylish, so I had to pop off an image.

New catalog in the works

Working with a couple of my favorite designers here to create a new piece. It’s going to be a skin care catalog. Their layout is very cool. I think the finished piece is going to be a winner.

Series for a new campaign

I spent the weekend creating images for an upcoming international campaign for a line of makeup. It was a really nice weekend. I had a great time, and we made some nice images. Not sure at all which ones will be the finals, but these are a sample.
